This year’s annual memorial for the 1816 massacre of Dharawal people is the 206th anniversary of this tragic event.

off the Appin – Bulli Road (Baden Powell Drive)

TIME: 11:00am – 3:30pm.

The event is hosted by Winga Myamly Reconciliation Group and supported by: Campbelltown City Council, Wollondilly Shire Council, Camden Council, Sydney Catchment Authority, W.I.L.M.A, the NSW Reconciliation Council and the Aboriginal Communities of the Macarthur Region.

Participants are advised to bring appropriate footwear, hats, sunscreen and bottled water. Fold up chairs are also recommended as seating is limited. Food variety is limited so those with special dietary requirements are advised to bring something of their own. There is accessible parking and a short walk to the memorial site. There will be a bus service for those unable to walk the short distance to the site.
