MEMORIAL MASS FOR FR PETER CARUANA

Bishop Mascord will be visiting the parish on Friday 10th December at 6pm to celebrate a Memorial Mass for Fr. Peter Caruana.
Because of the Covid restrictions, no one was able to attend Fr. Peter’s funeral, so it is fitting that you, his parishioners, are given an opportunity to farewell him and thank God for his 36 year of service to the parish of Ingleburn.
The Bishop will celebrate Mass, Fr Sean will concelebrate, and members of Fr. Peter’s family will be in attendance.
Because restrictions are still in place, it will be necessary to pre-register if you would like to attend this Mass.
A Mass of Christian Burial for the life of Fr Peter Caruana was celebrated on Wednesday 11 August 2021 from St Francis Xavier Cathedral, Wollongong. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral Mass was a private event, however, it was livestreamed and can still be viewed at https://funeral.lumenchristi.org.au/
