As we are currently in lockdown and can not attend Mass, you can make an Act of Spiritual Communion while watching Mass For You At Home filmed at St John Vianney Co-Cathedral and broadcast at 6am Sunday mornings on Network Ten (metropolitan) and WIN Television (regional) and 10am on Foxtel’s Aurora channel 173. Father of mercies, we thank you for all who care for the sick.

When they are tired, give them rest.
When they are discouraged, bring them your hope.
